Dr. Veena Khanduri is Executive Secretary-cum-Country Coordinator of India Water Partnership an accredited Country Water Partnership of Global Water Partnership. She has 28 years of work experience in Project Appraisal, Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation of Social and Rural Development Projects in different Sectors (Water, livelihood and food security, economic & social development, women development, microfinance, rural & urban sanitation, water & natural resource management, climate change, forestry & environmental sector) with international and national organizations.
She is founder member of community of evaluators. She is also a member of the desilting committee of major Rivers in Uttar Pardesh. She is also one of the members of organizing committee in India Water Week in 2017. She was Team Leader for the project on Evaluation and Impact Assessment of Integrated Low-Cost Sanitation Scheme (ILCS) in 18 States implemented by Ministry of Urban Housing & amp; Poverty Alleviation, Govt. of India (2006-2007). She was also a Deputy Team Leader for Chhattisgarh Rural Livelihood Project (2005-2007) and Gender & SHG Expert for Rural Women Development & Empowerment Project (Swa-Shakti) (1999-2005).She was Regional Council member of GWP-South Asia from 2006-2010.
Mr. Mangla Rai

Mr. Mangla Rai, Project Coordinator, IWP.
He handles communication department and coordinates with various partners and stakeholders of IWP. He has 41 years of rich experience in the field of communication and development sector.
Prior to joining IWP, Mr. Mangla Rai worked with Agricultural Finance Corporation Ltd. as Personal Secretary to General Manager. His responsibilities includes maintaining and building correspondence with all the potential clients such as Govt. of India, State depts. of different Ministries, and all the major Government and commercial banks, Public and Private Sector undertakings and IWP network partners. Also, helping in drafting reports, writing proposals and preparing Minutes of the meetings. He also served as Communication Officer in the Indian Navy from 1977-1994. His service has been exemplary during his entire service in the Indian Navy. He was also honored with ‘Commander-in-Chief, Western Naval Command Commendation’ award for his sincerity and dedication towards work.
