Ms. Preeti Madan, IES (Retd.)
Mrs. Preeti Madan is Former Principal Economic Adviser, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Government of India. Smt. Preeti Madan joined the Indian Economic Service (I.E.S) in 1981 and served for 37 years in increasing positions of responsibility in State/UT Governments and Government of India.
Besides holding various cadre posts of the Indian Economic Service, she served on deputation basis, as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Textiles; Director in the Department of Economic Affairs; Joint Secretary in the Ministries of Woman and Child Development and Minority Affairs; and as Member Secretary of the National Commission for Women (Sept 2015- Dec 2016) at Additional Secretary level.
She is also an independent Director on the Board of WAPCOS Limited, a distinguished Fellow at The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and Honorary Adviser to the Indus Action, a voluntary organization for underprivileged children.

Shri Ramesh Chandra Panda, IAS (Retd.)
Shri Ramesh Chandra Panda, a distinguished civil servant of premier Indian Administrative service of 1972 Batch, Tamil Nadu cadre, has more than 45 years professional experience right from the field level up to the level of Secretary in Government of India. His contribution in policy formulation, program implementation, institution building and organizational reforms at the district, States and Government of India levels is quite significant.
He is the founder MD of OMFED. Presently he is one of the Executive Committee Members and an active member of the National Nutrition Mission’s where his contribution to designing the Poshan Abhiyan is worth mentioning. He is the Chairman National Task Force of Jal Jeevan Mission Government of India. He is Chair of the Governing Board of Coalition for Food and Nutrition Security at Delhi.

Shri A. B. Pandya
Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Saurashtra University and M. Tech. in Structural Engineering from IIT Delhi, Mr. Ashwin B Pandya is the Secretary General, International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage (ICID) and former Chairman, Central Water. He is also a former Ex-Officio Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation. His major areas of works include setting up policy initiatives, planning, design and financing of water resources projects for hydropower and irrigation including regional planning for optimum water
resources utilization; simulation and disaster management for flood and dam related incidents.
Mr. Pandya was also involved in setting up water resources related data collection strategies at national level and implementation of cutting edge technologies for collection and dissemination; legal and constitutional aspects of international and interstate water disputes and international water data sharing and treaty management at international level; dam safety assurance and management of dam safety programmes including distress analysis and recommendation of remedial measures for dams and appurtenant works.

Dr. Alok K. Sikka
Dr. Alok K. Sikka is presently working with International Water Management Institute, Delhi Office as IWMI Representative-India. Prior to joining IWMI, he served as Deputy Director General (Natural Resource Management), Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and Technical Expert (Watershed Development) (in the rank of Additional Secretary to Govt. of India), National Rainfed Area Authority (NRAA), Planning Commission, Government of India, New Delhi. He is Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering with specialization in Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering from Utah State University, Logan, Utah. Dr. Alok K. Sikka has a rich and diverse experience of over 38 years in research, institutional and policy issues, teaching, training, extension and consultancy in the areas of natural resource management, soil & water conservation, watershed management, water harvesting, hydrologic modeling, water management, drought management, climate change, water productivity and farming systems..

Mr. Anupam Mishra
Mr. Anupam Mishra is working with WAPCOS Limited as Director (Commercial & HRD). Mr. Mishra has done his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from Faculty of Management
Studies, University of Delhi. Mr. Mishra also holds the charge of Government Nominee Director at National Project Construction Company (NPCC) – a Public Sector undertaking under the Ministry of Jal Shakti. Mr. Mishra has initiated several structural reforms introduced encompassing areas of: Business Development, Project Implementation, HRD, Financial & Debt Management, Infrastructure, Corporate Governance, and Settlement of Legal Cases.

Prof. Santosh Kumar
Prof. Santosh Kumar Former Head of G&IDRR Division, National Institute for Disaster Management, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. He is a Ph.D. in Economics and has studied Gender & Development in IDS, Sussex, UK and received professional training in Disaster Risk Management from Israel backed with exposure at the World Bank and SAARC. He has earlier worked with the federal and various State governments in different positions. He has also worked with the World Bank, Bilateral and UN agencies on capacity development, disaster management, sustainable recovery, and reconstruction and mitigation projects.

Mr. Rajesh Jain
Mr. Rajesh Jain is the Managing Director of LPS Bossard Pvt. Ltd. and UPS Lakshmi. He has done graduation in Mechanical Engineering and three years Executive Management Program from Harvard Business School, USA. He has been engaged in this business of fasteners since 1980 and started export in 1986. Primarily company started export to USA and Europe and today is exporting to 35 countries of all the 5 continents and has been serving the best of the distributors and OEMs across the world.

Shri Devendra Kumar Sharma
Shri Devendra Kumar Sharma is Chairman of Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission since September, 2020. He is also Member of the National Security Advisory Board, Govt. of India. Previously, he served as Chairman of Bhakra Beas Management Board, Ministry of Power, Government of India, from April, 2017 to July, 2020 and Managing Director of Himachal Power Corporation Ltd. from September, 2012 to April, 2017. He has worked in Bhutan for six years for construction of Tala hydroelectric project, in SJVNL for construction of Nathpa Jhakri Hydroelectric Project and in HPSEBL in various capacities. He
is an expert member in the National Dam Safety Committee and also Dam Expert in Dam Design Review panel of Polavaram Project. Mr. Sharma is Vice President of the International Commission on Large Dams since June, 2019. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, India and life time member of many professional bodies working in the field of water and energy. He has authored and co- authored 42 technical papers in national and international journals and conferences.
